About Your Home Inspector

Tyler has a broad experience base and is known for his attention to detail.  He has experience spanning over 11 years in construction, landscaping, and renovations and also has over 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist.  Additionally, Tyler has been through countless hours of training and exams focused on home inspections.

Tyler is a Certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the Alberta Association of Certified Home Inspectors (AlbertaNACHI).  As a Certified member, he adheres to the InterNACHI Home Inspection Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics.

Tyler is a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.) with The Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta (ASET).  As a Certified Engineering Technologist he also abides by the ASET Professional Code of Ethics.

Although Welcome Home Inspections does not currently offer Mold or Radon Inspection Services, Tyler is also a Certified member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2).

Tyler lives near Millet, Alberta with his wife and two children.  He is strongly committed to superior customer service, unmatched professionalism, and clear communication.
