LIST Inspection

 

Our LIST inspection is for home sellers.  By having your home pre-inspected, complete with an inspection report hosted online to present to prospective buyers, you can substantially increase the chance of a quick and successful sale.  A pre-inspected home increases buyer confidence and therefore increases the salability of your home and can even help your home to sell for more money.

 

The LIST inspection is available as a STANDARD or PREMIUM inspection.

 

WARRANTY / NEW HOME Inspection

 

Our WARRANTY / NEW HOME inspection is for buyers / owners of a new home.  Surprisingly, new homes often have many defects and it is best to identify them and have them dealt with before possession or during the new home warranty period.

 

The WARRANTY / NEW HOME inspection is available as a STANDARD or PREMIUM inspection.

 

EXTERIOR Inspection

 

As the name implies, our EXTERIOR inspection includes only the exterior of a house.  This includes the roofing, gutters, flashings, siding, decks, etc.  Air conditioning units are not included.

 

Our EXTERIOR inspection includes:

- A detailed exterior inspection.

- A detailed computer generated report complete with colour photos.

 

The EXTERIOR inspection is great for condo associations who wish to have annual inspections performed to keep the exterior of all properties maintained and looking attractive.

 

MAINTENANCE Inspection

 

Our MAINTENANCE inspection is for home owners wanting to be sure they are keeping up with necessary maintenance so that they can keep their home looking good for many years. The MAINTENANCE inspection includes a professional computer generated report including photos delivered via email and accessed through our online report delivery system.

 

The MAINTENANCE inspection is available as a STANDARD or PREMIUM inspection.
